Aurora is the newest AstroBucha — luminous and dry, built on Kenyan purple tea and the SCOBY culture that flew into the stratosphere aboard a Perun rocket. Soft floral and woody notes meet the live acidity of kombucha, for a taste that is fresh, layered and decidedly out of the ordinary.
