Terms and Conditions of the AstroFarms LLC Online Store

§ 1 General Provisions
The AstroFarms online store, available at www.astrofarms.pl, is operated by AstroFarms Sp. z o.o. (LLC), with its registered office in Łączki Brzeskie 72, 39-320 Przecław, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8172218290, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 524843068, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) of entrepreneurs under number 0001130578.

These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, delivery, payment, returns, complaints, and personal data protection in accordance with GDPR.

Definitions:

Consumer: a natural person making a purchase not related to their business activity.

Customer: any person or entity making a purchase in the store.

Product: AstroBucha brand kombucha drinks available in the store.

GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

§ 2 Conditions of Using the Store
To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and an active e-mail address.

The store operates within the territory of Poland and also carries out international shipments (subject to individual agreement).

Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Delivery costs are provided when placing an order.

The Customer undertakes to provide true data during registration or purchase.

§ 3 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via the website www.astrofarms.pl by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and filling out the order form.

Placing an order requires acceptance of these regulations and confirmation by clicking the "Order and Pay" button.

After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing the purchase details.

The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.

The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of product unavailability or system errors.

§ 4 Payments
Available payment methods:

Bank transfer to the account: PL12 3456 7890 1234 5678 9012 3456 (AstroFarms Sp. z o.o.).

Online payment (Przelewy24, Blik, payment card).

Payment should be made within 3 working days of placing the order. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation.

A VAT invoice or receipt is sent electronically to the provided e-mail address.

§ 5 Delivery
Products are delivered within the territory of Poland and abroad (after agreeing on costs).

Available delivery methods:

DPD Courier: 25 PLN (Poland), delivery time: 1-2 working days.

InPost Parcel Lockers: 18 PLN (Poland), delivery time: 1-3 working days.

International delivery costs are determined individually.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a declaration (e.g., an e-mail to sales@astrofarms.space) and return the product to the address: AstroFarms, Łączki Brzeskie 72, 39-320 Przecław.

The product should be returned in an intact state, in its original packaging.

The Seller returns the payment (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that have been opened or have a short expiry date (e.g., kombucha after opening).

§ 7 Complaints
The Seller is liable for the non-conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints should be submitted to the address: sales@astrofarms.space or in writing to the registered office address.
